in a household?
A. Yes.

DOGS AND CATS; Limited Number On Any One Premises.

In accordance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including section 17-526, it shall be unlawful for any person(s) to keep on any one premise more than four (4) dogs and four (4) cats if said dogs and cats are more than six (6) months old, unless the premise is a properly licensed kennel/cattery.
